Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the unnecessary resonance of a closed air room and to reduce the size of a driver by driving an optical system by orthogonal magnetic fields in two directions and three driving coils provided in them. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation system consists of Z-axial driving coils 12-1 and 12-2, X-axial driving coils 13-1 and 13-2, Y-axial driving coils 14-1 and 14-2, and a driven body 15 including an optical system, and the Z-axial driving coil 12 and X-axial driving coil 13 are overlapped so that the winding axes are in parallel and the winding directins are partially at right angles. The X-axial driving coil 14 is so arranged that the winding axes of the Z-axial and X-axial driving coils 12 and 13 cross at right angles. The X-axial driving coil 13 is arranged across a couple of permanent magnets 1 and 2, and makes connections between the Z-axial driving coils 12-1 and 12-2 and Y-axial driving coils 14-1 and 14-2.
