Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of insulation, by performing insulation treatment with liquid rubber comprising a liquid polybutadiene homopolymer having hydroxyl groups at both ends of the molecule, a short-chain diol, an isocvanate shown by the chemical formula 1, hydrated alumina, and red phosphorus powder. CONSTITUTION:Bobbins, diodes, coils, focus resistors, capacitors, cases, and the like are simultaneously treated to impart insulation by a liquid rubber composition comprising a liquid polybutadiene homopolymer having hydroxyl groups at both ends of the molecule, a short-chain diol and a short-chain triol, an isocyanate shown by the chemical formula 1, hydrated alumina, and red phosphorus powder. The mixing ratio of the liquid rubber composition are as follows: 97-80wt% polybutadiene homopolymer, 3-20wt% polyol component, 0.8-1.3eq. of isocyanate per eq of active hydrogen, and 40-120pts.wt. hydrated alumina 1 0-30pts.wt. red phosphorus powder per 100pts.wt. two polyol components.
