Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid adverse effect on an active element circiut, by forming a resistive film pattern at a part of surrounding of a bias line. CONSTITUTION:A bias line 5 is branched from a main circuit 1 and has high impedance at usage frequency (f) (wavelength lambda), and a line length B is equal to lambda/4. A bias supply terminal 7 to an active element is formed at the tip of the bias line 5 and a capacitor 8 with a sufficiently lower impedance at the frequency (f) is formed further at the tip and grounded. Near the bias supply terminal 7 of the bias line 5, a resistive film pattern 6, W in width and (l) in length of specified shape is formed by clipping the bias line 5. Through the forming of this resistive film pattern 6, the bias line 5 can not be shortened even at frequencies 2f, 4f, 6f higher than the frequency (f) and no adverse effect is given to the active element circuit.
