Abstract
PURPOSE: To establish a support frame member supporting a heat insulating material of a heating wall of a carbonization chamber and an innermost side heat insulating material thereof in a hanging condition easily and rapidly by supporting a support frame member supporting the heat insulating material in a hanging condition by a hanging member and a push member in a cantilever manner to a support frame transversely suspended between an upper part of a kiln port of the carbonization chamber and a back stay.
CONSTITUTION: Hanging support of a heating wall side is latched by hooking a heat insulating material 30 to a hanging ring 27 of a lower part of a heat insulating material support frame 20a and hanging support of an innermost side heat insulating material of a carbonization chamber is also latched by hooking an innermost side heat insulating material 31 to a lower part of a slide frame 28 provided between the heat insulating material support frame 20a and a leading end of an auxiliary frame of the innermost side of the carbonization chamber and the slide frame 28 is provided so as to be capable of adjusting a frame interval in a condition in accordance with an oven width in the same way as easy stays 21, 22. An L shaped support link 34 is provided so as to insert one end thereof in a cylinder 33 horizontally provided in a protruded manner from the vicinity of a central height of the kiln port of a back stay 3 and constituted so as to contact with the other end of the support link 34 with a lower central position of the heat insulating material support frame 20a when said link 34 is rotated and said support link 34 is pulled from a central part thereof to a horizontal direction by a turn-buckle 35 and said turn-buckle 35 is supported by a metal fitting 36 provided to the back stay 3 in a protruded manner to auxiliary support the support frame member 20 supporting the heat insulating material in a hanging condition.
