Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　センサ出力の一端が金属製のシースと電気的に接合
    されたセンサ部を有し、前記シースが、金属製の被装着
    部材に着座する絶縁部材と、少なくとも１ケの他の絶縁
    部材により電気的に絶縁されており、金属製の気密リン
    グがシースの一部と気密的に結合され、固定ナツト等の
    圧迫手段により前記絶縁部材を圧迫することにより、絶
    縁部材の間に挾まれた前記気密リングの一部圧縮されて
    気密性を保持することを特徴とする非接地形温度センサ
    。 ２　上記センサ部にシース形熱電対が用いられている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の非接地形温度センサ
    。
