  1. バルブボディの外周に、このボディと一体又は別体に形
    成されるピストンプレートを設け、このプレートでダイ
    ヤフラムを支持した真空倍力装置のパワーピストンにお
    いて、受圧部の断面が一定の曲率又は中心に向かって除
    々に曲率が大きくなるよう上記ピストンプレートを彎曲
    させたことを特徴とするピストン。　　　　　１゜
