Claims (1)
- ダイアフラムの一側に沿って設けた環状プレートの内周
縁筒部にて該ダイアフラムの内周縁部をピストンボディ
に気密的に組付けるとともに、該ダイアフラムの外周縁
部をシェルに気密的に組付けて、該シェル内における前
記ダイアフラムの一側に常時負圧が付与される定圧室を
型成するとともに、前記ダイアフラムの他側に前記ビス
トンボ、 ディに設けたバルブ機構によって前記
定圧室または大気に選択的に連通ずる変圧室を形成して
ぴる負圧式倍力装置において、前記環状プレートを内周
部分に屈曲部を有する薄肉鋼板のプレス成型品とすると
ともに、該環状プレートの一側に°該環状プレートの前
記内周縁筒部に嵌合される内周縁筒部を有して該環状プ
レートの前記屈曲部にまで延びる厚肉鋼板からなる環状
の補強板を添着したことを特徴とする負圧式倍力装置。
