Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ソレノイドによって駆動される第１の３方切換弁の出力
    圧をパイロット圧としてピストン室に導入することによ
    り第２の３方切換弁の弁体を駆動し、上記ソレノイドに
    よって入力口を第１の出力口に連通させたときに、その
    出力圧で駆動される第２の３方切換弁により第２の出力
    口が排気口に連通せしめられ、上記ソレノイドによって
    入力口を閉鎖すると共にパイロット排気口を開放したと
    ゛　きに、入力口が第２の出力口に連通せしめられ、こ
    れによって４方切換弁として機能するものにおいて、上
    記第１の３方切換弁の出力口に、該出力口への流体は流
    通させるが、該出力口側からバイロフト排気口及びピス
    トン室への流体の流通を阻止して該流体を第２の３方切
    換弁における排気口に導くチェック弁を設けたことを特
    徴とする電磁弁。
