Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 肉厚が薄い小円板からなる遮断板１０と略中夫に５ｍｍ
    以上の円形孔１１を有する肉厚の薄い大円板からなる遮
    断板１２とを４Ｗ７＋以上の等間隔にて交互に且つ同一
    中心軸線上に保持せしめてなる遮断板体９と前記大円板
    からなる遮断板１２の外径と略同等の内径を有する容器
    本体１に前記遮断板体９を着脱自在に内装着し、しかも
    該容器本体１の両端にはフライジ２，８を夫々設けてな
    る高真空および超高真空下において使用されることを特
    徴とする真空計用ダストトラップ。
