The insulating band for winding in a sticky or non-sticky state (B-stage) is written on the winding drum in advance. In the winding step, the winding wire is covered with the winding insulating band that is continuously wound around the inner and outer circumferences of the winding wire and on both end faces in the axial direction, and then the green hardened ll0111111 is heated and hardened. However, in the wet glass fiber reinforced plastic system, a resin-coated tow-curved winding is obtained.
Immediately before wrapping the insulating band around the wrapping material, the cough band is passed through a thermosetting *fat liquid to impregnate it with *9, so the person who is wrapping the band is careful not to worry about the resin adhering to it. The leather-wound insulating band had to be handled, and the worker's hands were covered with K11llllll liquid, resulting in very poor workability. Also, a winding IV impregnated with resin liquid! ! In the process of feeding the enteitai to the winding position, the resin liquid drips onto the floor, resulting in a large amount of resin being wasted and creating a poor working environment.

Therefore, when winding this sticky insulating band around an object to be wound, the non-adhesive sheet material should not interfere with the winding work of the insulating band for winding. Therefore, it is necessary to wind the wound insulating band while winding up the sheet material, which has the drawback of extremely poor workability.

In addition, when winding a crisp, non-adhesive insulating band for winding onto a winding drum, the above-mentioned non-adhesive sheet material is rolled so that the wound insulating band for winding does not adhere to each other. Although it is not necessary to use it, this crisp insulating band for winding is a little too hard (not flexible) to be used for winding, so it is difficult to wrap it tightly around the object to be wound. For example, it is difficult to fit into recesses between adjacent winding conductors. Furthermore, the surface of this insulating band for winding is smooth and rounded, and when the insulating band for winding is wound around an object, it slips and is difficult to wind, making the workability very poor and round.

The semi-cured resin in this resin-impregnated fiber reinforcement material is slightly sticky, and both sides of the resin-impregnated fiber reinforcement material 2 are covered with fibers such as glass tape, glass nonwoven fabric, polyester paper, polyester nonwoven fabric, etc. The cross-shaped fiber bundle materials 3A and 3B, which are not impregnated with resin and have good permeability, are arranged in a polymerized manner. These fiber sheet materials 3A and 5B are polymerized in a partially bonded state because the resin liquid impregnated into the fiber reinforcing material 2 and brought into a semi-cured state has a slight tackiness. When heated, the semi-cured resin impregnated into the fat-impregnated fiber reinforcement material (No. 11) decreases in viscosity and becomes fluid, allowing it to penetrate uniformly into the fiber sheet materials placed on both sides of the fiber reinforcement material. reach the surface. Therefore, if the insulating band for winding configured as described above is wound around the object to be wound, and then the impregnated resin is heated and cured, the object to be wound and the insulating band for winding are integrally formed. be combined.

る。As described above, in the winding insulating band of the present invention, the fiber sheet material is such that the MSI liquid impregnated into the fiber reinforcement material is in a semi-hardened state, and both sides of the fiber reinforcement material are not impregnated with Si fat. 9th, the resin liquid is not exposed on the outer surface of the winding insulating band. Therefore, the resin liquid does not adhere to the hands of the winding operator, resulting in extremely good workability. In addition, since the resin impregnated into the winding insulating band is in a semi-hardened state, the resin liquid will not run off during the process of feeding the winding insulating band to the winding position, and the 11 fat will be removed. Not only does it not go to waste, it also prevents the work environment from deteriorating. i9 The insulating band for winding of the present invention is 1I
It is constructed by polymerizing a resin-impregnated fiber reinforcing material impregnated with ill liquid and fiber sheet materials not impregnated with resin, which are respectively disposed on both sides of this resin-impregnated fiber reinforcing material. When taking the insulating band onto a drum, it is sufficient to simply wind it up, eliminating the need for a non-adhesive sheet material. Therefore, the work of winding up the sheet material that was performed when winding the insulating band for winding around the object to be wound is no longer necessary, and the work of winding the insulating band for winding is eliminated, and there is no need to waste sheet material. It can be done extremely efficiently. Furthermore, since the insulating band for winding of the present invention has good flexibility, it can be tightly wound around the object to be wound, and it is possible to avoid the concave portions (for example, the windings that are in contact with each other). This allows it to fit well into the recesses between the conductors. Furthermore, the delicate sheet material constituting the winding insulating band of the present invention is cross-shaped and has an uneven surface. The insulating band for winding does not slip when it is wound around the insulating band with the same edge, and the winding work of the insulating band for winding becomes extremely easy.

The fiber sheet material 6B is polymerized and placed on the upper surface of six people, and then the ends of the fiber reinforcement material 2, the fiber material 3A, and the fiber sheet material 6B are wound up on a drum Ih.
Position it on the outer circumferential surface of the board and attach it with adhesive tape, etc. In this case, a guide tape material for guiding the fiber reinforcement material up to the winding drum is attached to the end of the fiber reinforcement material with adhesive tape, etc. After positioning it on the outer peripheral surface of the guide roller R6, the fiber sheet material 6A is placed on the bottom surface of this guide tape material on the top surface ffl! 1.7-) The materials 6B are arranged in a polymerized manner, and the ends of the guide tape material, the fiber sheet material 6A, and the fiber sheet material 3B are positioned on the outer circumferential surface of the teraki-dori drum and stretched with adhesive tape or the like. It's easy to put it on. Thereafter, a liquid thermosetting resin mixed with a solvent such as hexetone, toluene, methyl ethyl ketone, etc. is injected into the Sitgir impregnation tank. In this state, when the unwinding drum DI is rotated in a certain direction (in the direction of the arrow in Figure 2), the drum D1+ Ds l
D4 and the guide rows jRt to R6 are rotated and pulled out from the drum mount to the guide port -? Fiber reinforcement material 2 passed through R1
v is immersed in the resin impregnation tank by the guide roller R3, thereby impregnating the fiber reinforcing material with the resin liquid. The nine-fiber reinforcing material impregnated with the resin liquid is then guided into the heating store by the guide roller R1 and heated, and after reaching the guide roller R4, it is turned around and guided again into the heating store and heated again. As a result, the solvent mixed in the resin liquid evaporates, the curing reaction of the resin liquid progresses, and the resin liquid impregnated into the fiber reinforcing material becomes a semi-cured state 111 (B-stage) and becomes a resin-impregnated fiber reinforcement material. 2 is obtained. Thereafter, this resin-impregnated fiber reinforcing material is guided above the blower by the guide roller R1 and cooled, thereby increasing the resin viscosity. The cooled resin-impregnated fiber reinforcement material 2 reaches the guide roller R, and the six fiber sheet materials pulled out from the drum Ds are placed on the bottom side of the resin-impregnated fiber reinforcement material, and the six fiber sheets pulled out from the drum D4 are placed on the top side of the resin-impregnated fiber reinforcement material. The drawn fiber sheet materials 6B are stacked on top of each other to complete the winding insulating band 1. This winding insulating strip is then wound one after another onto a winding drum. In addition, by the above-mentioned superposition, the fiber sheet material is partially adhered to the resin-impregnated fiber reinforcement material by the adhesive portion.

性が極めて良好となる利点もある。In addition, since the resin liquid impregnated into the fiber reinforcing material is in a semi-hardened state, the resin will not drip onto the floor during the process of feeding the insulating band for winding to the winding position, reducing wasted resin. This has the advantage of not only eliminating the problem, but also improving the working environment. Furthermore, since the insulating band for winding of the present invention maintains sufficient flexibility, it can be wound closely around an object to be wound, and it can be wound tightly around a wound object (for example, between adjacent winding conductors). It can be made to fit well in the recesses of Furthermore, since the fiber sheet material constituting the insulating band for winding of the present invention has a rough surface, when the insulating band for winding is wound around an object, the winding is difficult. There is also the advantage that the insulating strip does not slip and the workability of the winding work is extremely good.
