  1. 回転軸に固定された回転ガラ−と、それらを囲繞するケ
    ーシングに摺動可能に保持され前面が前記回転カラーに
    隙間を存して相対した固定リングとよりなり、前記固定
    リングの背面と前記ケーシング間に圧力調節可能な圧力
    室を設けて、固定リングの前面と回転力クー間の前記隙
    間を調整可能な構成にしたことを特徴とする非接触シー
    ル装置。
