化粧料用芯の製造方法及び成形型に関する。
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing a core for cosmetics such as eye shadow, eyebrow, eyeliner, etc., and a mold.

Conventionally, the method for forming cores for cosmetics has been to extrude the core using an extrusion molding machine to form the core, and then heat-treat the core such as quenching to impart strength to the core.

However, in order to use the lead obtained by this method as a pencil body, it must be inserted into a lead holder, but this insertion must be done manually.
Those skilled in the art are keenly aware of this inconvenience.

Moreover, during this insertion and insertion work, there is a drawback that the lead often breaks due to the difference in hardness between the lead and the lead holder.

Further, since extrusion molding machines are expensive, there has been a strong desire for a simple core manufacturing method that does not require such equipment in small loft production such as cosmetics.

In addition to the above-mentioned extrusion moldability, a method has generally been adopted in which a molten cosmetic is poured into a mold, cooled and solidified, and then molded.

However, this molding method is suitable for products with a core diameter of 10 mm like lipstick.
It can be applied to cases where the core diameter is smaller than 4m, especially when the core diameter is smaller than 4m.
There was a drawback that it could no longer be applied when it became thinner than m.

In other words, if the core diameter is large, the air in the mold hole will naturally escape upwards (see Figure 1), but if the core diameter is small, the air P in the mold hole will not be able to escape completely and will remain at the bottom. Finally, (second

In particular, in order to achieve a certain degree of hardness in the core, it is necessary to use cosmetics that have a high wax content and are easy to solidify. It was almost impossible to obtain such a core.

On the other hand, if the wax content is reduced to facilitate air removal, the lead will become too soft, and when inserted into a lead holder for use as a pencil body, it will inevitably break more easily than a lead produced by extrusion molding. Met.

Therefore, the inventor of the present invention conducted intensive research to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks and satisfy the conventional demands, and as a result, completed a mold that has an air vent mechanism and into which a core holder can be inserted. The present invention has completed a method for manufacturing a cosmetic core in which the molten cosmetic is cooled and solidified using the mold, and the core is inserted into a core holding tube at the same time as the core is formed.

1a and 1b are split molds having symmetrical joining surfaces, and an appropriate number of drop molding grooves 3 are formed on the joining surfaces to become core molding holes 2 when combined.

The drop molding groove 3 may be a vertical groove or an oblique groove, but if it is an oblique groove, the tip of the core will be cut diagonally, which is suitable and advantageous for application during makeup. .

Further, a recess 5 is formed in the upper part of the split molds 1a and 1b, and serves as an injection receiving part 4 for the molten cosmetic when combined, and the recess 5 opens into the drop forming groove 3 at the bottom thereof.

A mold 6 is fitted to the lower part of the split molds 1a and 1b, and has a deaeration groove 7 formed in its upper surface portion to communicate with the drop forming groove 3 of the split mold.

The outer diameter of the support column 8 is determined in consideration of the inner diameter of the core holder and the hardness of the cosmetic material so that a gap is created between the outer wall of the support column 8 and the inner wall of the core holder 9 to allow for degassing. .

In this case, if a vertical groove for degassing is provided on the inner wall of the core holder 9,

At this time, the air in the mushroom molding hole 2 passes through the gap between the core holder 9 and the support column 8 as the cosmetic material flows in, and is further extracted to the outside through the degassing groove 7 provided in the mold 6. .

By separating the mold, a cosmetic core 12 with a core holder corresponding to the shape of the molding groove 3 can be obtained.

In addition, when the core holder is a holder 9a having a degassing hole 11, a mold 6 without a support column 8 is used, and the core holder 9a is set at the lower part of the molding hole 2 to perform the above process. Similarly, when molten cosmetics are poured, air passes through the degassing hole 11,
Further, the deaeration groove 7 of the mold 6 allows the evacuation to be carried out to the outside.

If the mold is cooled and then separated, a cosmetic core with a core holder can be obtained.

As described above, since the mold of the present invention has a degassing mechanism, it is possible to perform core molding even when pouring molten cosmetics, which conventionally had to be poured slowly while being careful to remove air, even if the pouring operation is performed casually. Therefore, it improves work efficiency.

Moreover, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a so-called lead with a holder, in which the lead is inserted into a lead holder at the same time as the lead is formed, so that it is possible to obtain a lead with a holder, which allows the lead to be inserted into the lead holder for use as a pencil body, as in the conventional case. There is no need for insertion work, and there is no need for the lead to break.

また、芯保持体9の内側に例えば環状突起10を設けれ

Further, even if the annular protrusion 10 is provided on the inside of the lead holder 9, the core will not come off from the holder.

Therefore, in order to use the lead obtained by the present invention as a pencil body, the lead holder must be held between fingers and inserted into the lead dispensing tip of a normal pencil body, or conversely, the tip must be held. Since you can just insert it into your body, you don't have to hold the cosmetics directly between your fingers, and your fingers don't get dirty.

Furthermore, when inserting the lead, the holder is combined with the lead retractor and the leading end, so it is extremely rare for the lead itself to break.
