Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）基板上に受光素子を載置せしめた状態でモールド
    体でモールドした半導体受光装置に於いて、上記基板の
    載置面に金層を設けると共に、該金属と受光素子との面
    積比を略５以上としたことを特徴とする半導体受光装置
    。
  2. （２）上記モールド体の中心部に於ける高さを１゜５±
    ０．５ｍｍとしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の半導体受光装置。
