Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スイッチすべき電気信号によって変調された光信号を発
    生する光源と、該光信号を受光し電気信号に変換すると
    ともに、バイアス電圧によって該電気信号をオンまたは
    オフ状態とする光検波器とによって構成するオプトエレ
    クトロニック争スイッチにおいて、該光検波器をオフ状
    態にするために印加される順方向電圧によって流れる順
    方向電流で、該電気信号を増幅する増幅器のバイアス電
    圧を変化させ、該増幅器の動作を停止させることを特徴
    とするオプトエレクトロニック・スイッチ回路。
