煮熟された落花生の破砕、擦りつぶし作用の相乗作用に
より適宜の粘度と黒褐色を有し、しかも落花生特有の風
味を充分に有した鮎が製造できる。また、かくして得ら
れft、#花牛鍋の保存性をテストした結果次の如くで
