Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 端子を有するステム上に電界効果型トランジスタととも
    に絶縁物よりなる支持台を配置し、この支持台の上部に
    支持段部を設けるとともにこの支持段部から外周壁の上
    下に２つの導電層を設け、この支持段部にフレームに周
    縁部を支持された少なくとも１組以上の電極を有する焦
    電性フィルムを配置し、上記電極と導電層を接続し、こ
    の集電性フィルム上に赤外線をよく通すウィンド部材を
    取付けた開口をも？金属ケースを被せてなる焦電形赤外
    線センサ。
