断面図、第２図および第３図は本考案を適用した多素子
型の赤外線検知装置の一実施例を示す縦断面図、および
そのｍ−ｍ’切断線に沿った断面図である。 図において２１は外筒、２２は内筒、２３は透光窓、２
４は冷却基台、２５は多素子型赤外線検知素子、２６は
中継端子板、２７はリード線、２８はセラミック板、２
９は導電膜パターン、３０はリードフレームを示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一部に透光窓を設けた外筒と、前記透光窓に対向して光
    電変換素子を配設した内筒とからなり、その内外両部の
    間を真空としたデユワ構造を有する装置構成において、
    前記外筒の開放端と内筒との間を環状円板形のセラミッ
    ク板により気密に封止し、かつ前記内筒の外周面に沿っ
    て配設された前記光電変換素子からのリード配線を、前
    記セラミック板上に設けられた導電膜パターンを介して
    気密に導出してなることを特徴とする冷却型光電変換装
    置。
