Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案による扁平ブラシの幅の広い側面におけ
る平面図であるが、スライダーについては二つの作業状
態が同時に示されている。その場合に右半分は毛束部の
長さが最長の場合を、左半分は最短の場合を示している
。第２図は第１図に′示されている、毛束部の長さが最
長の場合のブラシのＡ−Ｂ線における縦断面である。第
３図は第１図に示されている扁平ブラシの幅の広い方の
側面における部分拡大平面図である。ただしこの場合は
毛束部は中間の長さに調整されている。第４図は第１図
に示されている扁平ブラシの分解部分平面図である。第
５図は第４図に示されているスライダーの正面図である
。第６図は第４図に示されている分解平面図に対する縦
断面図である。第７図は第６図に示されているブラシ本

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １（ａ）　　ブラシ本体２において、毛束４の稙付けら
    れている部分５の横断面が、毛束４の縦方向において本
    質的に不変であること、 （ｂ）　　ブラシ本体２における上記部分５上に、上記
    部分５の横断面に適合した横断面を有する、キャップ状
    の、縦方向に可動のスライダー６が配置されていること
    、 （Ｃ）　　毛束４が、スライダー６に固定結合されてい
    る基板９に設けられている相応の孔７を経て外に突き出
    ていること、および （ｄ）　　スライダー６をブラシ本体２と相対的に毛束
    ４の開放端部の方向に移動させる場合にスライダー６の
    位置を限定する役割を持つ行程限定手段が、スライダー
    ６に設けられていることを特徴とするブラシ本体に毛束
    を植付けた扁平ブラシ。 （２）スライダー６が二つ一組で用をなす外側に突出し
    た突起１９を備えていること、そして望ましい状態にお
    いてはそれらが幅の広い方の側面の中央に配置されてい
    ることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲の第１項
    に記載の扁平ブラシ。 （３）スライダー６に設けられて（１ア二つ一組で用を
    なす突起１９が、横断面に−おいてスライダー６のまわ
    りを一周する１個のリブとして形成されていることを特
    徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲の第１項または第２
    項に記載の扁平ブラシ。 （４）行程限定手段の一方が縦溝１２として、他方がこ
    の縦溝１２と作用し合う突起状めほぞ１３として形成さ
    れていることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲の
    第１項に記載の扁平ブラシ。 （５）縦溝１２がスライダー６の幅の広い方の側面の中
    心部、柄３に近い方の端部に形成されている一方、はぞ
    １３がブラシ本体２の毛束４の植え付けられてる部分５
    の幅の広い側面上に形成されており、その場合にほぞ１
    ３が外に向って突起していて、スライダーの縦溝１２と
    かみ合うこと、望ましくは縦溝１２を貫通していること
    を特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範皿の第１項または
    第４項に記載の扁平ブラシ。　　　　−（６）縦溝１２
    の縦壁に止め１４が設けられており、その場合に止め１
    ４が縦溝の内に突き出ていて、その、反対側の縦壁との
    最短距離（内のり）が、それに対応する、望ましい状態
    において円柱状の、はぞ１３の最大外径よりも小さいこ
    とを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲の第１項また
    は第５項に記載の扁平ブラシ。　　□（７）　　行程限
    定手段の一方（縦溝あるいはほぞ）が、柄３の方向に伸
    びている、舌状の、弾力性のある張出部１１上に配置さ
    れていることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲の
    第１項または第４項に記載の扁平ブラシ。 （８）ブラシが縦軸に関して本質的に対称形であること
    を特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲の第１項に記載
    の扁平ブラシ。 （９）ブラシ本体２の前面１５に縦方向に伸びている円
    筒状の袋孔１６が複数個設けられておりζ／それに対応
    してスライダー６の底面９に円形孔７が設けられており
    、そしてその場合に円形孔７の内直径が、袋孔１６の内
    直径に比べて、少な（とも等しい、望ましくは小さいこ
    とを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲の第１項に記
    載の扁平ブラシ。 （１０）　　Ｕ字形に曲げた毛束によって毛束４を構成
    し、この折り曲げ部分１７を１本の針金で結合し、この
    針金結合部分を袋孔１６の底部に留め置くことによって
    、毛束４が袋孔１６に固定されていることを特徴とする
    、実用新案登録請求の範囲の第１項または第９項に記載
    の扁平ブラシ。
