幅器の構造図、第２図は第１図の等価回路図、第３図は
この考案によるモノリシックＦＥＴ増幅器の構造例の外
観図、第４図は第３図の等価回路図である。 図中、１はＧａＡｓ基板、２はＦＥＴのソース電極、３
はＦＥＴのゲート電極、４はＦＥＴのドレイン電極、５
はストリップ導体ａ、６はストリップ導体す、　７は平
板コンデンサ、８は抵抗体、９は導体、１０はリボン状
導体、１１は金属板、１２は直流バイアス電極、１３は
分岐した抵抗体、１４は抵抗体電極ａ１１５は抵抗体の
電極ｂ１１６はブリッジ状の金属ａ１１７はブリッジ状
の金属すである。なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分に
は同一符号を付して示しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. モノリシック集積回路により構成した電界効果トランジ
    スタ増幅器において、基板上に形成した電界効果トラン
    ジスタの電極あるいは電極に接続している金属に、同一
    基板上に形成した抵抗体の一端を接続し、抵抗体の他端
    には金等の金属による平板状の電極を形成し、かつその
    上に互いに接触しないように間隙を設味て、金等の金属
    層を形成したことを特徴とするモノリシック電界効果ト
    ランジスタ増幅器。
