光電変換し、この光電変換によりその像のコントラスト
の最大を検出し、このコントラスト最大時の前記ステー
ジと対物レンズとの相対距離に前記標本と位相差顕微鏡
との関係で定まる定数を加えて得た相対距離を合焦距離
とし、前記ステージと対物レンズとの少なくとも一方を
駆動して両者間距離を前記合焦距離に自動調整すること
を特徴とする位相差顕微鏡の自動合焦装置。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　位相差顕微鏡のステージの標本と対物レンズとの相
    対位置を変化させつつ光電変換手段が対物レンズによる
    標本像を光電変換し、その像のコントラストの最大を検
    出し、コントラスト最大時の光電変換手段の出力に計算
    手段により前記標本と位相差顕微鏡との関係で定まる定
    数を加えて、この計算結果の出力を焦点位置信号として
    利用することを特徴とする位相差顕微鏡の焦点位置自動
    検出装置。 ２　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の焦点位置自
    動検出装置において、光電変換手段は画像を走査する撮
    像素子とその素子の出力信号のうちのサンプリング周波
    数のｌ／２より小さい周波数の内高周波成分のみを抽出
    する回路とを含゛　むことを特徴とする装置。
