  1. 超音波振動子に装着された振動拡大ホーンの前端のノズ
    ル孔と連通ずる径大の給液孔に、該給液孔に供給される
    液体の運動エネルギーを増大し、上記ノズル孔から霧化
    、噴出させる断面積の小さい流通路を具えたノズル補助
    柱を設けてなる液体の霧化装置。
