  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 縦振動する棒状の振動体の端面に液体を吹きつけて
    微粒化を行う超音波霧化装置において、振動体の共振モ
    ードを一波長とし、かつ加振用の電歪素子が常時圧縮応
    力側と引張力側両方に存在するように設けたことを特徴
    とす木超音波霧化装置。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、圧縮側電
    歪素子と引張側電歪素子の分極方向を同一方向とし、か
    つ中間に電極をはさんだことを特徴とする超音波霧化装
    置。
