Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所要の出力信号を発生する調節計と、プロセス現場に設
    置して調節弁等の操作端を空気圧力にて直接作動させる
    アクチュエータとを備えたプロセス制御装置において、
    前記調節計の出力信号を光信号とすると共にこの光信号
    の伝送用光ファイバを前記調節計とアクチュエータとの
    間に延設し、かつ前記アクチュエータには前記光信号を
    電気信号に変換する光電変換手段と、更に電気信号を空
    気圧信号に変換する電空変換手段とを設けたことを特徴
    とするプロセス制御装置。
