Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 調節計からの出力信号に基づいてプロセス現場に設置し
    た調節弁等の操作端を空気圧にて作動させるようにした
    アクチュエータを備えるプロセス制御装置において、前
    記調節計の出力信号を光周波信号とすると共にこの信号
    の伝送用光ファイバを前記調節計とアクチュエータとの
    間に延設し、かつ前記アクチュエータには前記光周波信
    号の周波数に基づいてこれを電気信号更には空気圧信号
    に変換する光電変換手段と電空変換手段を設け、更に前
    記調節弁の作動変位量に基づいて調節弁自身を制御する
    フィードバック手段を設けたことを特徴とするプロセス
    制御装置。
