内の処理液よりは低温の補助タンク内処理液を被処理物
にスプレーするスプレ一手段を設け、該スプレ一手段の
上流及び下流側に外気を給気しスプレーされた処理液と
気液接触させて系外に水分を含ませて排気する外気給排
手段を設け、さらに該外気給排手段より下流側に被処理
物に向けてスプレー状に給水する給水手段を設けたこと
