Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 脱脂装置、水洗装置、化成装置及び水洗装置が順次連続
    的に配置されているリン酸塩化成処理装置において、脱
    脂装置及び化成装置のそれぞれの本タンクの被処理物搬
    送方向下流側に補助タンクを設けるとともに、本タンク
    内の処理液よりは低温の補助タンク内処理液を被処理物
    にスプレーするスプレ一手段を設け、該スプレ一手段の
    上流及び下流側に外気を給気しスプレーされた処理液と
    気液接触させて系外に水分を含ませて排気する外気給排
    手段を設け、さらに該外気給排手段より下流側に被処理
    物に向けてスプレー状に給水する給水手段を設けたこと
    を特徴とするリン酸塩化成処理装置。
