Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液封人形容量式差圧変換器において、周縁部と、　　　
    これに連続した複数条の円弧状切除部によって形成され
    た第１のばね部と、中心孔と、これに連続した複数条の
    切除部によって形成された第２のばね部及び前記両ばね
    部の間に形成された移動電極部とからなるメインスプリ
    ングを備え、該メインスプリングの周縁部を対向する固
    定電極を備えたベース間に一体に固定すると共に、前記
    中心孔にシールダイヤフラムに連結した中心ロッドを固
    定してなり、前記メインスプリングの変位によって生ず
    る前記移動電極部と固定電極間の静電容量の変化を測定
    することを特徴とする差圧変換器。
