  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ゛（１）圧力の変化に応じて変位する圧力応動体と、こ
    の圧力応動体の変位面に取付＆ｊられた可動電極と、こ
    の可動電極と対向するように配置してこの可動電極とで
    コンデンサを構成する固定電極とを備えた圧力センサ。 （２）前記圧力応動体はベローズであり、前記可動電極
    は、前記ベローズの変位面に接面した第１の平板状電極
    であり、前記固定電極は前記第１の平板状電極と面対向
    した第２の平板状電極である実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    （１）項記載の圧力センサ。 （３）　　前記圧力応動体はベローズであり、前記可動
    電極は前記ベローズの変位面に垂直に固定した棒状電極
    であり、前記固定電極は前記棒状電極を一定の間隔をあ
    けて包囲する筒状電極である実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    （１）項記載の圧力センサ。 （４）前記ベローズは変位面と対向する面を有底筒形の
    ケースの底面に固定し、前記第２の平板状電極はその周
    縁部を前記ケースの開口縁に固定している実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第（２）項記載の圧力センサ。
