    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 横型の真空タンク１の一方の垂直端面部２の内面中央部
    に有底の内筒体３とターゲット部４′が外面に形成され
    た有底の陰極筒体４を相互間に所要の筒状空隙６をおい
    て各開口端をもって同心状に□固着して該筒状空隙６に
    は真空タシク１の外部に流入ロアと流出口８をもって通
    じたスパイラル状の冷却媒体通路９を形成するとともに
    前記内筒体３内には複数個の永久磁石ブロック５′を同
    じ磁極同志が順次対向するよう連設した棒状の永久磁石
    連設体５を同軸状に収納し、さらに、前記真空タンク１
    内において陰極筒体４の外方には陽極１０と被処理材支
    持部１１を該陰極筒体４と同心状に配設したことを特徴
    とするスパッタリング装置。
