The dry forced bending adhesive method involves sandwiching a honeycomb structure or the like between two already hardened FRP plates. In this state, they are curved and integrated using a mold using adhesive, and a thin plate mirror is pasted on the surface of this integrated back-up material. Also, the wet adsorption method is connected to a vacuum pump. A laminate consisting of a thin mirror and uncured PR, P plates, etc. is placed on a mold with many suction holes, and this laminate is bent by applying a vacuum to the surface of the mold. be.

It will peel off from the defective adhesion area. Furthermore, since the number of processing steps is large, there are disadvantages such as increased costs. In addition, when using the wet adsorption method, it is technically difficult to fully vacuum the entire curved surface of the laminate before adsorption, resulting in a yield problem. Since it must have a molding surface and be of a suction type, there are problems in that manufacturing is troublesome and this leads to an increase in the cost of the product.

をその要旨としている。In order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides a laminate in which a mirror plate made of thin glass is stacked on the upper surface, lower surface, or both surfaces of a curable resin plate such as uncured FRP, and the upper and lower surfaces of the laminate are made of flexible plates. The gist is that the laminate is placed on a mold while being held in place by weights, and then the laminate is gradually curved to fit the mold using weights, etc., and then the resin plates such as F'R and P are cured.

Place it with the silver side facing up. Further, an uncured FRP board 10 or an uncured curable resin board is placed on the mirror plate 9, and then a release material is applied to the bottom surface of the unhardened FRP board 1 on the metal 0 side as necessary. The flexible plates 11 provided with the coatings are stacked, and a plurality of block-shaped weights 12 are placed on the flexible plates 11. As shown in FIG. 6, on the manufacturing apparatus 1, a laminate 13 made by stacking uncured FRP plates 1, 0 and 9, is sandwiched between upper and lower surfaces by two flexible plates 8, 11. This means that it was placed in a soldered state.

In addition to P, various resins can be used, and the structure of the curable resin plate is not limited to the solid one shown in the figure, but can also be one with a non-uniform structure inside, or one made of other materials. It may be sandwiched between curable resin plates such as Nicum core material iFR, P or the like.

有する。As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, after curve-forming a laminate in which a thin plate mirror is stacked on an uncured PR, P plate, etc., Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a curved mirror that is integrated with the pick-up material without using adhesives.Since the curved mirror is once formed and then hardened, no residual stress is generated in the curved mirror, and it does not deteriorate over time. It will not be deformed. Since it can be manufactured using the manufacturing equipment described in Section 2, first of all, the lamination work can be done on a horizontal surface, which improves work efficiency, and it also allows gradual bending without strain, which causes damage to thin mirrors. It has many advantages, such as not causing any problems, and making the mold itself easy, which is extremely advantageous for mass production of curved mirrors.
