To give an overview of the printing press, the printing unit 2 of the printing press 1 includes an upper printing device 3 and a lower printing device 4, which are disposed with blanket cylinders 5°6 vertically facing each other. The printing devices 3 and 4 are provided with blanket cylinders 5 and 6 as well as plate cylinders 7 and 8 that are in contact with the blanket cylinders 5 and 6. A plurality of ink application rollers 9, 10 are removably attached to the circumference of the plate mounted on each plate cylinder 7, 8, and include ink fountains 12 and 12 for storing ink for printing. An inking device for transferring ink from a group of rollers (not shown) to a reinking roller 9 and 10 is attached. Further, a transfer cylinder 13 and a transfer cylinder 14 are in contact with the upper rubber cylinder 5. Then, the sheets fed one by one onto the differential plate 16 by the sheet feeding device 15 pass through the swing 17 and the transfer cylinder 13, and are then picked up by the claws of the blanket cylinder 5. On the other hand, the ink forming roller 9.10 and the water supply device 18.19 form an image on the printing plate and the upper and lower blanket cylinders 5
, 6, so that the images on the blanket cylinders 5 and 6 are transferred to both sides of the paper that is conveyed by the claws of the blanket cylinder 5, and double-sided printing is performed. The sheets are sequentially gripped and conveyed by the transfer cylinder 14 and the claws of the sheet discharge chain 20, and then released and dropped onto the sheet stacking table 21, where they are stacked. To remove the printing cylinder when the state shifts to a non-printing state, first remove the lower blanket cylinder 6 from the upper blanket cylinder 5, then remove the transfer cylinder 14 from the upper blanket cylinder 5, and then remove the upper blanket cylinder 6 from the upper blanket cylinder 5. is removed from the plate cylinder 7.

That is, in this case, in FIG. 1, the lower blanket cylinder 6 is first removed from the upper blanket cylinder 5 and the lower plate cylinder 8, and then the upper plate cylinder 7 is removed from the upper blanket cylinder 5. However, in the case of doroi, it is performed in the reverse order. This eliminates the movement of the barrel with the claws. Therefore, ink supply devices that can accommodate such a cylinder attachment/detachment device have been proposed, and FIGS. 2 and 3 respectively show side views of conventional ink supply devices of this type. . First, to explain what is shown in Fig. 2, the plate cylinder 7 is supported by an eccentric bearing whose inner circumferential circle and outer circumferential circle are eccentric by an amount indicated by the symbol t in the figure, and this eccentric bearing is rotated. Accordingly, the plate cylinder 7 is configured to be attached to and detached from the upper blanket cylinder 5. When starting the printing operation, the air cylinder 22 is operated and the piston rod 23 is extended, so that the L-shaped bar 24 rotates counterclockwise in the figure to the state shown in the figure, and the cam lever 25 is moved to the supporting shaft. The cam surface 25a and the cam follower 2 rotate counterclockwise around the cam surface 25a and occupy the position shown in the figure.
6, the roller arm 2B is rotated by the elastic force of the compression coil spring 29, and the ink applying roller 9 supported by the roller arm 2B is pressed against the plate surface of the plate cylinder 7, and ink is supplied. When the ink has been supplied to the entire plate surface, the plate cylinder 7
At the same time that paper is fed between the upper and lower blanket cylinders 5 and 6, the eccentric bearing of the plate cylinder 7 rotates, and the plate cylinder 7 is inserted into the upper blanket cylinder 5. Moreover, in the case of removing the body, the process is performed in the reverse order.

The ink form roller 9 will be pressed with a pressure greater than the normal contact pressure at that time, and this overpressure may reduce the durability of the ink form roller 9. There was a problem in that the contact pressure of the ink form roller 9 changes when the ink is inserted into the cylinder, which tends to cause printing problems such as shock marks. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 3, the roller arm 28 is By providing a bolt-type stopper 30 and bringing it into contact with the outer periphery of an eccentric bearing 31 that pivotally supports the plate cylinder 7, the movement of the inking roller 9 can be made to follow the movement of the plate cylinder, thereby avoiding the above-mentioned overpressure. However, in this case, skill is required to adjust the stopper 30, and it is impossible to perform this adjustment during operation. The plate cylinder 7 may wear out in a short period of time, making adjustment difficult, or the direction of movement of the plate cylinder 7 and the axial direction of the stopper 30 may be misaligned, making it difficult to maintain a constant contact pressure. There were many points.

発明の実施例を図面に基いて詳細に説明する。The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and the cam for attaching and detaching the ink forming roller to and from the plate cylinder is formed in three stages and is fitted into the concentric part of the plate cylinder of the eccentric bearing of the plate cylinder. By rotating this cam in two stages before and after the plate cylinder loading operation, the change in contact pressure of the ink forming roller with respect to the plate cylinder before and during the plate cylinder loading operation is reduced, and overpressure is avoided and the ink is injected. The present invention provides an ink supply device for a printing press that improves the durability of the formation roller and prevents printing failures. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

It is rotatably fitted onto the outer circumferential surface 42C of the protruding eccentric bearing 42. The outer circumferential surface 42C is formed concentrically with the inner circumferential axis Fi of the eccentric bearing 42, that is, the axis of the plate cylinder 7. Additionally, three elongated holes 76 are drilled in the cam body, dividing the circumferential direction into 73 equal parts.
A bushing 77 with a flange fitted into the frame 6 is fixed to the frame 41 with a bolt 78. By doing this, the roller attachment/detachment cam 60 is restricted from moving in the axial direction, and by making the outer diameter of the bushing 77 sufficiently smaller than the inner diameter of the elongated hole 76, eccentric movement of the plate cylinder 7 is prevented. It is possible to follow and move. The outer peripheral cam surface of the roller attachment/detachment cam 60 mounted in this manner has a large diameter portion 60a for each ink forming roller 9, and
It is formed into a three-stage shape with a medium diameter part 60b and a small diameter part 60C, and the diameter of each part is set as follows. Suwachi,
The large diameter portion 60a is a cam surface that contacts the cam follower 51 when the plate cylinder 7 is removed from the blanket cylinder 5, and at this time, the ink forming roller 9 is separated from the plate cylinder 7. It is set so that The medium diameter portion 60b is a cam surface that brings the cam follower 51 into contact with the plate cylinder 7 just before it is inserted into the blanket cylinder 5 and during the insertion operation, and at this time, the ink forming roller 9 is It is set so that it is in pressure contact with 7. Note that when the cam follower 51 is in contact with the large diameter portion 60a and the medium diameter portion 60b, the roller arm 46 is compressing the compression coil spring 55, and there is no space between the adjustment nut 56 and the post 53. A gap is formed. Further, the small diameter portion 60c is connected to the cam follower 51 when the anti-slip plate cylinder 7 is completely inserted into the blanket cylinder 5.
At this time, the ink form roller 9 is in pressure contact with the plate cylinder 7, the adjustment nut 56 is in contact with the post 53, and the ink form roller 9 is in contact with the compression coil spring 55. It is pressed against the plate cylinder 7 by a preset spring pressure.

Roller arm 46.4 which is the shaft support of ink forming roller 9
7 is loosened and the bearing pin 50 is rotated to adjust the contact pressure to the swing roller 45 to match the diameter of the ink forming roller 9. Also, by rotating the adjustment nut 56, the compression coil spring 55 is adjusted. By expanding and contracting, the contact pressure of the inking roller 9 with respect to the plate cylinder 7 is adjusted. Then, the plate cylinder 7 is manually removed from the blanket cylinder 5, and the ink loading and unloading cam 60 is rotated by manually operating the air cylinders 62 and 63, so that the size of the cam 60 is increased as shown in FIG. When the diameter portion 60a is opposed to the cam follower 51, the ink forming roller 9 is separated from the plate cylinder 7.

される。In this state, when the cylinder attachment/detachment is switched to automatic and printing work is started, the air cylinder 63 is actuated by a signal from a timing regulating device (not shown) and the piston rod 68 is contracted. The detachable cam 60 rotates on the outer peripheral surface 42C of the eccentric bearing 42 in the counterclockwise direction in FIG.
0 to the middle diameter portion 60b. Therefore, the ink application roller 9 is pressed against the plate surface of the plate cylinder 7 by the swinging of the roller arms 46 and 47 due to the elastic force of the compression coil spring 55, and ink is supplied to the plate surface. In this case, since the medium diameter portion 60b serves as a stopper, the contact pressure of the inking roller 9 does not become excessive. A moment later than this, the cylinder for attaching and detaching the plate cylinder 7 operates and pulls the rod 44 downward.
The eccentric bearing 42 rotates, and the plate cylinder 7 is inserted into the blanket cylinder 5 due to its eccentric action. In this case, the ink attachment/detachment cam 6
0 is fitted to the outer peripheral surface 410 concentric with the plate cylinder 7, and the plate cylinder 7
The ink forming roller 9 moves eccentrically following the movement of the plate cylinder 7, and the relative position between the ink forming roller 9 and the plate cylinder 7 does not change before and after the printing process.
The contact pressure of the ink forming roller 9 does not change. Further, as the roller attachment/detachment cam 60 moves, the elongated hole 76 is displaced relative to the bolt 78 fixed to the frame 41, but since the bush 77 has a smaller diameter than the elongated hole 76, this movement is not hindered. . In addition, before inserting the body, Bost 5
Adjustment nut 56, which was separated from 3, is now fully inserted.
There is no gap with the boss 53. At the same time as the cylinder insertion is completed, the other air cylinder 62 operates and the piston rod 64
contracts, and the ink attachment/detachment cam 60 rotates further to face the small diameter portion 60C, but the ink roller arms 46 and 47 do not rotate any further because the ink forming roller 9 is in pressure contact with the plate cylinder 7. The cam follower 51 has a small diameter portion 60C on the cam surface.
It is separated from. Konoto! The adjusting nut 56 continues to rest against the post 53, so that the ink applicator roller 9 is subjected to a predetermined contact pressure preset on the compression coil spring 55.

The device is connected to a means, and is configured to be rotated one step before loading the plate cylinder to perform ink deposition, then to load the plate cylinder, and then to perform a second rotation. In particular, the contact pressure of the ink form roller does not become excessive before the plate cylinder is inserted, which improves the durability of the ink form roller, and the ink form roller follows the movement of the plate cylinder when the plate cylinder is inserted. Since the contact pressure of the ink forming roller does not change before and after insertion, printing problems such as shock marks can be prevented and the quality of printed matter can be improved.
