Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）低誘電率の誘電体とコンデンサ電極用導電パター
    ンとにより形成された少なくとも１つの低容量のコンデ
    ンサを内蔵する第１のコンデンサ基板と、高誘電率の誘
    電体とコンデンサ電極用導電パターンとにより成形され
    た少なくとも１つの比較的高容量のコンデンサを内蔵す
    る第２のコンデンサ基板と、磁性体と所定の導電パター
    ンとにより形成された少なくとも１つのインダクタンス
    素子を内蔵するインダクタンス基板とを積層し、焼成し
    て一体化してなる複合部品において、 前記低容量コンデンサの電極引出端子と前記高容量コン
    デンサの電極引出端子とを互いに９０度角度の異なる位
    置に形成したことを特徴とする複合部品。
  2. （２）前記複合部品上にトランジスタあるいは抵抗を塔
    載したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の複合部品。
  3. （３）　　前記第１および第２のコンデンサ基板、およ
    び前記インダクタンス基板の一隅には方向指示マークが
    取り付けられていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の複合部品。
