第１図は従来のペダル装置の具体例を示す側面図であり
、第２図はその従来装置において、ペダルに設けられる
べき連結ピンと掛止ピンとを共通ピンで置換えたと仮定
した場合の作動状態を説明・する概念図である。第３図
は本考案の一実施例であるペダル装置の構造および作動
状態を示す側面　　　、図であり、第４図は第３図にお
けるターンオーバ位置を示す部分側面図である。第５図
は第３図に示す装置において、ペダルが初期の踏込域に
ある場合にペダルに生じる回転モーメントの状態を説明
するための概念図であり、第６図は同じく、ペダルが終
期の踏込域にある場合のモーメントの状態を説明するた
めの概念図である。第７図は第３図に示す装置でスプリ
ングの弾性力に基づいてペダルに生じる回転モーメント
と回動角との特性を、従来装置との対比において示すグ
ラフである。第８図は本考案の別の実施例を示す概念図
である。 ３０：クラッチペダル、３２：ペダルシート、３４：ペ
ダルブラケット、３６：第１枢軸、４４：第２枢軸、４
６：ターンオーバレバー（回動部材）、４８：連結ロッ
ド（連結部材）、５０：第１ピン、５２：第２ピン、５
６：スプリング掛止ピン（第３ピン、スプリング掛止部

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一端に足掛部を備え、第１軸線のまわりに原位置から踏
    込位置に向って往回動可能かつ逆向きに復回動可能に設
    けられ、操作対象たる負荷装置に作動的に連結されるペ
    ダルと、　− 前記第１軸線に平行な第２軸線のまわりに回動可能に設
    けられた回動部材と、 一端部が第１ピンによって前記ペダルに回動可能に連結
    され、他端部が第２ピンによって前記回動部材に連結さ
    れた連結部材と、 前記回動部材に設けられ、前記ペダルの往復回動に対応
    して、前記第１ピンおよび第２ピンの軸線と直交しかつ
    前記第２軸線とは交わらない直線を該第２ピンを基準と
    して該第１ピンとは反対側の部分において横切るように
    該第２ピンのまわりに回動するスプリング掛止部と、 両端がそれぞれ該掛止部と前記第１ピンとに掛止され、
    該第１ピンと該掛止部とを互いに接近させる向きに付勢
    する予荷重が付与されたスプリングと を含むことを特徴とするペダル装置。
