    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. リードフレーム上に複数個の太陽電池素子の裏面を直接
    接続し、前記素子表面を金属製タブを介して前記リード
    フレームと接続した後、前記リードフレームの不要部を
    除去することにより前記太陽電池素子間の相互接続を行
    なったことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。
