[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to the invention of a flexible heating element, which is extremely easy to manufacture, and which can form an appropriate low-temperature section at low cost, and which has no bending tendency in the low-temperature section. This ensures favorable flexibility so that no residue remains.

One way to obtain a flexible heating element with stable temperature distribution is to wind heat-generating resistance wires in a spiral shape at approximately equal intervals around the core material of inorganic insulating fibers such as glass fibers. It is practiced to use something that is tied up.

In other words, when using such a structure, not only is sufficient flexibility obtained from the structure, but also the wound exothermic resistance wire bites into the fiber core material that is to be loosened by winding it, causing a certain amount of damage. As a result, despite the bending action similar to that of the fiber core material as a whole, that is, the bending action that leaves almost no bending habit even after being bent, the spiral spacing is always approximately the same. By maintaining a constant state, the temperature distribution of heat generated by the heat-generating resistance wire can also be kept substantially constant and stable.

By the way, when such a flexible heating element is installed in a required machine body, such as a defrosting heater for a refrigeration system, a low temperature part is formed at the mounting or connecting parts at both ends of the flexible heating element. It is preferable that this allows the required heat to be generated in the necessary parts, while maintaining the attachment part to the fuselage, the drawer part, and other parts at room temperature.

Therefore, various efforts have been made in the past to obtain such a low-temperature section, but it is not always possible to obtain an appropriate low-temperature section, and it has been proposed to use a conductive sleeve in a part of the section. As mentioned above, it is difficult to insert a flexible heating element into such a sleeve, and it is not easy to manufacture it, and if the heating element is covered with such a sleeve, the flexibility of the part is significantly lost. It has drawbacks such as difficulty in usage because it is difficult to use.

The present invention was devised through research to eliminate the disadvantages and drawbacks of the conventional ones as described above, and the embodiment thereof is shown in the attached drawings. In a flexible heating element 6 obtained by winding a heating resistance wire 2 such as a nichrome wire around the circumferential surface of a core material 1 made of aligned fiber materials in a spiral shape and at approximately equal intervals as shown in the figure, A thin conductive wire 3 is attached to a portion that needs to be kept at a low temperature, such as both ends thereof, by twisting it in the axial direction and crossing the heat generating resistance wire 2,
An annular fastening part 4 is provided at the tip of the conductive wire 3 to tighten and fix it, and an insulating coating made of asbestos, glass fiber, or other inorganic insulating fiber material is attached to the outer surface of the wire as shown in FIG. 5.

It is clear that it is preferable that the conducting wire 3 be in the form of a tape, which is thinner than that having a circular cross section, and in the case of such a tape-like wire, the annular fastening portion is formed integrally with the tape-like conducting wire.

In the case of the present invention as described above, a conductive wire 3 is attached along the axial direction of the flexible heating element 6 to a part of the flexible heating element 6 that requires low temperature, and is fixed at a fixing part 4. Since the insulating coating material layer 5 is simply applied, the complicated process of inserting a part of the flexible heating element 6 into the conductive member through the hole is completely omitted, and the manufacturing thereof is extremely simple and accurate. It can be mass-produced in much the same way as the conventional manufacturing of simple insulated conductors, and the material required for forming the low temperature section is essentially just one thin conductor 3. Since it is sufficient, the cost is extremely low, and since this thin conductive wire 3 is simply attached and fixed at the fastening part 4, it is possible to obtain readability in this low-temperature part without leaving any bending tendency, which is equivalent to that in the heat-generating part. When the conductive wire is connected to the flexible heating element 6 in a substantially stable state, the above-mentioned effect can be effectively exerted, and therefore, this type of flexible heating element can be formed in an upper fuselage using wave structures. It is extremely convenient because it can be inserted smoothly into pores and slits, etc., and is preferred for use in the defrosting heater of the refrigerator mentioned above and other various devices that generate the desired heat inside the case at room temperature. This invention is industrially very effective because it allows flexible heating elements with low-temperature parts to be mass-produced and provided on a low floor.
