There were only examples of wings being opened or folded and glued to ribs. In order to reduce the weight of the wing, the strength is reduced, thereby preventing distortion and twisting of the wing due to external disturbances or changes in the natural environment, such as drying and temperature changes, which result from contraction and expansion of the wing component materials, thereby improving flight performance. The problem was how to reduce the weight of the aggregate in order to improve the performance.

However, damage to bamboo strips is extremely rare, but it is difficult to prevent the distortion of the bamboo strips themselves due to changes in natural conditions, and the wing sagging and distortion that occur when the paper expands and contracts. (1) By bundling two strings together, (2) By adhering reinforcing material to the base of the strings, (3) By using balsa wood, which has less distortion than bamboo strings, we can reduce the weakness in the event of a collision. It was common to crush them.

EXAMPLE 1 This example relates to a light plane in which a wing outer garden is formed using bamboo bars, and the bamboo bars are attached to a wing base to form a main wing.

The wing bars 2-1 and 2-4 forming the outer edge of the wing are circular in cross section, and the reinforcing bars 2-2 and 2-3 arranged inside the wing are supported by aluminum connecting pipes 3-1 and 3. The support part is made thinner near the tip and has a circular cross section.
-1 and reinforcing bar 2-2, and on the trailing edge side, wing bar 2-4 and reinforcing bar 2-3 are tied together. The front and rear wing ribs 2-1 and 2-4 are connected to aluminum pipes 3-1 and 2-4, respectively.
3-2, the ends of the U-shaped bent rods 2 are inserted into each and connected integrally to form the outer edge of the main wing.

It is installed along the curve of the top surface of the table, and positioned so that the top surface matches the shape of the airfoil behind the paper. When the open ends of the wing bars 2-1, 2-4 and the reinforcing bars 2-2, 2-3, which have been separated in this way, are tightened with the binding string 4-1, the boundary between the adjacent support holes of the wing platform is tightened. By tightening the wall, the main wing can be firmly fixed to the wing platform without using adhesive. The curves created in the reinforcing ribs and wing ribs tighten the tissue of the ribs, causing them to adhere to the bow-like curved state formed by binding, preventing cracks and distortions from occurring easily, and improving the structure of the main wing. strengthened. Also, when tying, you can make small adjustments such as tying it to match the slight curve of the wing edge. The reinforcing bars in this example are finer than the wing bars.

明らかである。In this example, the reinforcing aggregate combined at the tip has an arched shape, which strengthens the rigidity against vertical distortion and torsion, and the rib 5 fixed at the tip prevents the wing from bending in the vertical direction, and in the middle. The ribs provided have the effect of increasing the rigidity of the entire wing against twisting and distortion. Note that the present invention is not limited to the above two examples, and is clearly effective in increasing the rigidity of the blade.
