Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動車等の座席を前後に移動調整するシートア
ジャスター〇−ツク装置に関する屯のである。
シー）アジャスターの四ツク装置の一例を示すと、第１
図および第２図に示すように、シートに取付けられるア
ッパーレールａとこのアッパーレールをスライド可能に
支持し九ロアーレールｂと、頁 アッパーレールとロアーレールとに係合してアッパーレ
ールａをロアーレール上の所定の位置ニロックするロッ
クピンＣと、四ツクピンの保合を解除するレバーｄとを
備えてなシ、レバーｄはその、先端・を四ツクビンＣに
連結し軸ｆにより回動可能に設け、レバーｄｔ−操作し
て第１図ｇ方向に回動させることにより、先ｆ１ｓｔ反
対方向に回動してロックピンＣの保合を解除するもので
ある。
従来のロック装置にあっては以上に述べたようにレバー
は１個の軸に、よシ１方向にのみ操作可能になっている
もので、レバーを第１図ｇ方向に操作したときにはロッ
クビンの保合を解除することができるが、ｇ方向とは反
対向きに操作したときにはロックビンＣをアッパーレー
ルとロアーレールの方へ押しつけることになシ係合を解
くことができず、レバーの操作方向は一方向に限定され
ていた。ナのためレバーの操作がしにくかったシ、操作
方向がすぐにわからないでまごついたりすることがあっ
た。
本発明はレバーの操作を第１の方向とその反対３頁 向きの第２の方向の２方向のどちらに操作しても、アッ
パーレールとロアーレールに係合したロックビンの保合
を解除することができるようにしたことを特徴とするも
のである。
以下本発明の実施の一例を第３図ないし第７図について
説明する。
第３図ないし第５図はセット状態を示すもので、１は座
席に取付けられるアッパーレール、２はアッパーレール
をスライド可能に支持するロアーレールで、アッパーレ
ール１の土壁にはブラケット３が固定しである。ブラケ
ット６にはアッパーレール１に固定した部分とは反対側
の側縁に下方に折曲げた折曲片４と中間の部分に切曲げ
Ｋより　一体に形成した切曲片５とを設け、折曲片４と
切曲片５とにロックビン６ｔ−挿通しである。レノ＜−
７は、ブラケット３への取付部８ｔ−下方に切曲げて形
成した操作片９と、この操作片９よシ把手部１０側に形
成した長穴１１と先端に軸１２を設けてあシ、操作片９
をブラケット３の開口１３よシ下方に配設してロックビ
ン６に連結しである。長穴１１にはプ特開昭５８−　２
０５３０（２） ラケツ）３に設けた軸１４を挿通して軸支してあシ、軸
１２をブラケット３の長穴１５に挿通して軸支しである
。
ブラケット３の折曲片４とレバーの操作片９との間には
スプリング１６が縮設してあシ、それによってロックビ
ン６をアッパーレール１の切欠１７と、ロアーレール２
に設けた多数の角穴１８のひとつに選択的に係合するよ
うに附勢するとともに、レバー７をセット状態に保持す
る。
本発明のロック装置は前記の如き構成よりなるので、第
６図に示すようにレバー７を第１の方向（矢印Ａ方向）
に操作したとＩＩＣはブラケット３０軸１４ヲ支点とし
て回動し、軸１２はブラケット３の長穴１５内を摺動し
て、ロックビン６は操作片９によシ作動されて切欠１７
と角穴１８から引抜かれアッパーレール１とロアーレー
ル２との保合を解くことがマきるものである。
また第７図に示すようにレバー７を第１の方向とは反対
向きの第２の方向（矢印Ｂ方向）に操作したときには軸
１２１に支点として回動し、軸１４ｔ；ｉ長５　百 穴１１円を摺動して、第６図について示した場合と同様
にしてロックビン６は操作片９によシ作動されてアッパ
ーレール１とロアーレール２との保合を解除するもので
ある。
なお、レバー７を操作した場合、長穴１１．ｉ５と軸１
２，１４とはレバー７の操作限界となるストッパーを形
成するものである。すなわち、レバー７を第１の方向に
操作したときには軸１２が長穴１５の一方の端部から摺
動して他方の端部に当接し、第２の方向に操作したとき
には軸１４が長穴１１の一方の端部から他方へ摺動して
他方の端部に当接して、それぞれストッパーの役割をす
る。
以上に述べたように本発明によれば、レバー７は軸１２
により第１の方向に操作可能に軸支し、軸１４によシ第
２の方向に操作可能に軸支して、第１および第２の２方
向に操作可能に設け、軸１２と軸１４との間を四ツクピ
ン６に連結しであるので、第１の方向および第２の方向
のどちらへレバー７を操作してもロックビン６がアッパ
ーレール１とロアーレール２との保合を解除する方向に
作動され６　□ るので、座席を前後に調整するときレバーの操作方向が
すぐにわからずにまごついたシ、操作がしにくかったシ
することがなく、非常に使いやすいなどの効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. シートに取付けられるアッパーレールと、そのアッパー
    レールをスライド可能に支持したロアーレールと、前記
    アッパーレールとロアーレールとに係合するロックピン
    と、該ロックビンの保合を解除するレバーとを備え、該
    レバーは第１の方向とその反対向きの第２の方向に操作
    可能に設け、第１および第２のいずれの方向に操作し九
    場合にも前記ロックビンの保合を解除することｔ４！徴
    とするシートアジャスターのロック装置。
