Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）スクリューの供給部を除く任意の部分にスクリュ
    ーの少なくとも２ピッチ間が混合ゾーンとしてあって、
    この混合ゾーンのスクリュー溝はこの前後のスクリュー
    溝深さより格段に浅い浅スクリュー溝としてあり、この
    混合ゾーンの最供給側のスクリュー山、中間のスクリュ
    ー山及びこの両側の浅スクリュー溝はＳ゛全幅亘り、ス
    クリューの軸方向の流入細溝がスクリューの円周を等分
    割する位置に数条刻設してあり、またこの各流入細溝間
    には、これらの断面積とはＳ゛同一流出細溝が、前記混
    合ゾーンのうちの最も吐出側寄のスクリュー山、中間の
    スクリュー山及びこの両側の浅スクリュー溝はり全幅に
    亘って刻設してあり、各前記流入流出溝間にはこれらに
    よって分断されたリード角のある不連続スクリュー山が
    形成しであることを特徴とするプラスチック押出機にお
    けるスクリュー。
  2. （２）前記スクリュー溝と浅スクリュー溝との深さの比
    は約２：１乃至４：１としであることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のプラスチック押出機に
    おけるスクリュー。
  3. （３）流入細溝、流出細溝の深さは、混合ゾーン以外の
    スクリュー溝の深さと同程度としてあり、　　。 これらの数はそれぞれ５乃至８本としであることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のプラスチッ
    ク押出機におけるスクリュー。
