挾持した状態を示す断面図、第５図ａ　”−ｃは変形例
を示すそれぞれ円形穴部分の平面図、弾性板の平面図、
弾性板の断面図、第６図は別の実施例を示す円形穴部分
の平面図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　モーターケース１２に形成されたブラシ交換用の円
    形穴１４に着脱可能に嵌合する蓋体２３を有するモータ
    において、 前記蓋体２３が合成樹脂製のキャップ２４と金属製の弾
    性体２５とからなり、 前記キャップ２４は、前記円形穴１４に嵌合する円筒部
    ２４ａと、円形穴１４の周辺部に係合する鍔部２４ｂと
    、前記弾性体２５を嵌着するための溝部２４ｆとから形
    成され、 又、前記弾性体２５は、キャップ２４の溝部２４ｆに嵌
    着された状態において前記鍔部２４ｂとの間にモータケ
    ース１２の肉厚以上の間隔りをおいて位置する一対の延
    出部２５ｂと、それらの延出部２５ｂの少なくとも一方
    に形成された第１の係止部２５ｆとを有しており、さら
    に、前記モータケース１２には、円形穴１４から延び前
    記一対の延出部２５ｆが嵌入可能な一対の切欠部１５と
    、それらの切欠部１５から隔って位置し、前記延出部２
    ５ｂ上の第１の係止部２５ｆと凹凸の関係で係合可能な
    第２の係止部１６とが形成されており、 前記キャップ２４の鍔部２４ｂと弾性体２５の延出部２
    ５ｂとの間に前記モータケース１２を挾持することによ
    り蓋体２３をモータケース１２に取付けることを特徴と
    するブラシホルダー蓋体取付装置。 ２　前記キャップ２４の溝部２４ｆは、そのキャップ２
    ４の頭部および側部に連続して形成されている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のモータにおけるブラシホ
    ルダー蓋体取付装置。 ３　前記延出部２５ｂ上の第１の係止部は、キャップ２
    ４の鍔部２４ｂ側に突出するように形成された突起２５
    ｆであり、前記モータケース１２上の第２の係止部はそ
    のモータケース１２に透設された係止用開口１６である

    ブラシホルダー蓋体取付装置。 ４　前記キャップ２４の頭部上面には細溝２４ｅが穿設
    され、前記弾性体２５にはその細溝２４ｅに合致する形
    状の開口２５ｅが穿設され、その細溝２４ｅおよび開口
    ２５ｅを利用して前記蓋体２３を回動させるようにした
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のモータにおける
    ブラシホルダー蓋体取付装置。
