For this reason, a method has been adopted to prevent deflection due to its own weight by using a highly rigid and firm member for the upper surface component i/, but the Inject VH Nnukey manufactured using this method has a high rigidity as a whole. 2 is too easy and suitable for beginners and intermediates.
It was inappropriate as a key. Furthermore, the upper surface component/
The problem was that the fiber-reinforced plastic board and top surface material that make up the / were damaged by the adhesive.

By injecting, the foamed synthetic resin passes through this gap /lI and reaches the top material 2/, so that the fiber-reinforced plastic material /3 and the top material 2/ are integrally molded when the foam hardens. . Therefore, there is no need to pre-form the upper surface constituent member in advance as in the past, and the process can be simplified, resulting in cost savings.

Therefore, it is possible to soften the stiffness of the ski itself, and it is possible to supply skis suitable for beginners and intermediate skiers.
