Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はサーマルヘッドの保護回路に関するものである
。
従来サーマルヘッドの駆動の際ヘッドのコントローラが
暴走するとサーマルヘッドを破壊することがあった。
本発明は上記・の欠点を除去するためなされたものであ
り、サーマルヘッドの破壊を起こさないようにすること
を目的としたものである。
次に本発明の実施例を図面によって説明するとトランジ
スタ２から路はトランジスタアレーで同じ工Ｏチップ上
にある。
トランジスタ１はつねにＯＮ状態にある。
いまトランジスタ３からルの少なくとも１つのトランジ
スタがＯＮになると１０チツプの温度が上昇していく。
トランジスタ２は同−工Ｏチップ上にあるためトランジ
スタ２の温度も上昇していき、コレクタ電位は下がりで
いく。
さらにトランジスタ３からルの少なくとも１つ一通電さ
れ続け、トランジスタ２のコレクタ電位が基準電圧’ｙ
　ｒｅｆより下がるとコンパレータＯＭＰの出力が反転
し、トランジスタ１をＯＩＵ’Ｆにしてサーマルヘッド
Ｈ１からＨｙＬ−ｔに通電させないようにする。
以上述べたように本発明によればサーマルヘッドをドラ
イブするトランジスタと温度検出用のトランジスタが同
じ工Ｏチップ上にあるので速やかに温度コントロールが
できるという効果がある。
