Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）始端部と終端部のそれぞれに光を透過可能な光透
    過部が形成された磁気テープを用いて磁気記録し、また
    は再生する磁気記録再生装置において、 前記磁気テープの巻始めまたは巻終りにおける始端部ま
    たは終端部の光透過部の位置に対応するように設けられ
    る発光部、 前記磁気テープの巻始めにおいて前記一方の光透過部を
    透して前記発光部から光を受光する第１の受光部、 前記磁気テープの巻終りにおいて前記他方の光透過部を
    透して前記発光部から光を受光する第２の受光部、 相対的に低い周波数のパルス信号を発生する第１のパル
    ス発生手段、 前記第１のパルス発生手段と異なり、相対的に高い周波
    数のパルス信号を発生する第２のパルス発生手段、 前記磁気テープの走行速度が遅い動作モードに基づいて
    前記第１のパルス発生手段出力を導出し、該磁気テープ
    の走行速度が早い動作モードに基づいて前記第２のパル
    ス発生手段出力を゛導出する切換手段、および 前記切換手段から導出されたパルス信号の周波数に同期
    した断続同期で前記発光部に電力を供給する表示駆動手
    段を備え、 前記第１の受光部または前記第２の受光部の出力に基づ
    いて前記磁気テ・−プの巻始めまたは巻終りを検出する
    ことを特徴とする、磁気記録再生装置。 、（２）前記磁気テープは、カセットに収納されたカセ
    ットテープであり、 前記カセットテープは、前記発光部の形成位置に該発光
    部を嵌挿可能な穴が形成され、前記磁気テープの巻始め
    において前記一方の光透先部の位置に対向する部分、お
    よび該磁気テープの巻終りにおいて前記他方の光透先部
    の位置に対向する部分がそれぞれ光を透過可能に形成さ
    れる、実用新案登録請求の範囲の第（１）項記載の磁気
    記録再生装置。 （３）前記第１のパルス発生手段は、パルス信号を発生
    するパルス発生手段と、前記パルス発生手段出力を予め
    定めた分周比に基づいて分周する分周手段と、前記分周
    手段出力のデユーティ比を小さくする第１の波形整形手
    段とを含み、前記第２のパルス発生手段は、前記パルス
    発生手段出力のデユーティ比を大きくする第２の波形整
    形手段である、実用新案登録請求の範囲の第（１）項記
    載の磁気記録再生装置。
