Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上部中央部に黒鉛球状化処理の施されるべき溶湯
    の受湯口を有し、且つ内部が中空部とされて底部に開口
    する外筒容器と、　　　　−筒状外壁と上部に溶湯溢流
    部が設けられた筒状内壁とからなる、所定の黒鉛球状化
    剤を収容するドーナツ状断面の容器にして、底部に一時
    的に閉塞された溶湯抜き孔を有し、且つ該筒状内壁にて
    形成される中心部の中空孔が出湯口とされた、前記外筒
    容器の中空部内に密に嵌挿せしめられる反応ポットと、 該反応ポットの筒状外壁に可及的に近接して溶湯の注湯
    孔を有し、前記外筒容器の受湯口に注湯された溶湯が該
    注湯孔を通じて該反応ポット内に導かれるようにした、
    該反応ポットの上部開口部を覆蓋する蓋部材とを、 含むことを特徴とする溶湯の黒鉛球状化処理装置。
  2. （２）前記反応ポットの筒状内壁が筒状外壁よりも低い
    高さで設けられており、且つ該筒状内壁上に該筒状外壁
    と同程度の高さとなる柱状部が一体的に設けられ、該柱
    状部にて前記蓋部材の中央部が支持されるようにした実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。
  3. （３）前記外筒容器が、黒鉛または鉄からなることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記
    載の装置。
