ーム噴射ノズル、１０・・・さろま芋、１２・・・冷却
コンベア、１６・・・フード、１７ａ〜１７ｎ・・・冷
却室、１８・・・散水ノズル、１９・・・冷却ファン。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 連続蒸煮装置と連続冷却装置とからなり、連続蒸煮装置
    は断熱蒸煮鑵上下に設けたさつま芋投入ロータリーバル
    ブ及び排出ロータリーバルブと蒸煮鑵内へ設けた多段コ
    ンベア及びこれと平行に配設したスチーム噴射ノズルと
    からなり、連続冷却装置は前記排出ロータリーバルブの
    下方に設けられたものであって、フードで分割された冷
    却ファンを有する多数の冷却室と該冷却室を順次移動す
    るコンベアと排出ロータリーバルブ側から適当な間隔に
    設けられた散水ノズルとからなり、原料芋を連続的に蒸
    煮冷却することを特徴とするさつま芋の連続蒸煮冷却装
    置。
