【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、高電圧導体を一体として注型したモールド品
を、液状ゴム質により電気的、機械的に一体化接合する

とはあまり行なわれておらず、一部の実施例でもモール

形されたゴム質を挿入し押圧した圧接構造とするのが普
通であった。

周を閉鎖板4で密封処理し、前記構造の液状ゴム質5を
注型し、ゴム質5の硬化後にモールド品1と2で圧縮し
て電気的、機械的に一体するものである。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 対向配置されたモールド品の接合部間に、末端に水
酸基を有する液状ポリブタジェンの水酸基と2価又は多
価イソシアネート類のイソシアネート基との反応による
ウレタン結合を形成するところの反応初期の段階におけ
る注型可能な液状ゴム質を充填し、該液状ゴム質を硬化
させた後に前記対向したモールド品でゴム層を押圧して
接合することを特徴とする、ブタジェンゴム注型固化に
よるモールド品接合方法。 2 対向配置されたモールド品の接合部間に、末端にカ
ルボン酸基を有する液状ポリブタジェンのカルボン酸基
と2価又は多価エポキシ基との反応により架橋するとこ
ろの初期段階における注型可能な液状ゴム質を充填し、
該液状ゴム質を硬化させた後に前記対向したモールド品
でゴム層を押圧して接合することを特徴とする、ブタジ
ェンゴム注型固化によるモールド品接合方法。
