Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は殺虫剤等の液体噴霧容器に関するものであって
、増体の構造を改良し、増体内の内容液が少量となって
も確実に噴霧し、内容液を殆ど余すことなく使い尽そう
とするものである。
従来の液体用噴霧容器は、増体の上部に噴霧機構体を取
り付け、噴霧レバーを引くなり噴射弁を押し下げるなり
して内容液を噴射させていたものであって、内容液は噴
霧機構体の噴射口に連通ずる吸い上げパイプを介して上
昇噴出し得るようになっており、従って内容液を最後ま
で使い尽すには、吸い上げパイプ下端が壜体底面に常に
とどいていなければならなかった。
しかしながら内容液を噴射する対象物にもよるが、容器
は通常やや下方に向は斜め下方に噴射口を向けることが
多い。
この際に内容液が少量のような場合、吸い上げパイプ下
端が前傾姿勢とした増体の前方部下面に位置していれば
前方に片寄った内容液を殆ど吸い上げることが出来よう
が、パイプ下端が増体の後方部に位置するときはこの吸
い上げが不可能であり残留内容液が無駄となってしまう
。
而して本考案は、かような場合の不都合を解消するべく
吸い上げパイプ下端が常に堤体前方部底面にとどくよう
に構成したものであり以下その一実施例を図面に従って
説明する。
先ず１は増体であって合成樹脂でブロー成形したもので
あり、１ａは前壁、１ｂは後壁、１Ｃは側壁、１ｄは底
壁、１ｅは口部である。
ここで増体１内中央部には、両側壁ＩＣ間に水平に隔壁
部１ｆが設けられであるが、該隔壁部１ｆは、後述する
吸い上げパイプ２ｅを前壁１ａ面に沿わせるべく、堤体
口部１ｅの真下よりも前方に位置し、前壁１ａとの間に
吸い上げパイプ２ｅが貫通する間隙Ｓを形成している。
当該隔壁部１ｆは図示した実施例ではパイプ形状のもの
で側壁１Ｃを突き抜いたような態様となっているが、こ
れは合成樹脂によるブロー成形に際して都合がよいから
であり、従って成形上の手間を考慮しなければ、棒状の
ものを架設接合してもよい。
次に２は噴霧機構体であって、はぼ水平方向に向いた噴
射口２ａを有するノズル部２ｂ、噴射レバ−２Ｃ１壜体
口部１ｅに螺合する螺着部２ｄ、前記噴射口２ａに連通
ずる吸い上げパイプ２ｅ等から構成されている。
吸い上げパイプ２ｅは、噴霧機構体２を増体１に組み付
けた際にその下端が堤体１底面にほぼとどく程度の長さ
を有しており、しかも上記組み付けに際しては、吸い上
げパイプ２ｅを増体１の前記間隙Ｓに挿入位置するよう
にする。
かような態様で噴霧機構体２を増体１に組み付ければ、
吸い上げパイプ２ｅは隔壁部１ｅによって常に堤体前壁
１ａに沿って位置することになり、従って吸い上げパイ
プ２ｅ下端は増体１前方部底面近くに位置することにな
る。
故に増体１内の内容液が少量のときに噴霧容器を前傾さ
せて噴霧操作をなしても、吸い上げパイプ２ｅ下端は片
寄った内容液に充分とどくので、内容液を使い尽すこと
が出来るのである。
また、隔壁部１ｅを成形した為に形成されたパイプ状の
ものは、意匠的にも面白く、運搬時等には実益のあるも
のである。

  1. 前壁１ａとの間に間隙Ｓを形成する隔壁部１ｆを口部１
    ｅ真下よりも前壁１ａ寄りの中央部両側壁１Ｃ間に設け
    た増体１の口部１ｅに、螺着部２ｄにより取り付ける噴
    霧機構体２の、前記構体１底面に下端がとどく程度の長
    さの吸い上げパイプ２ｅを、前記間隙Ｓに挿入し且つ噴
    霧機構体２の噴霧口２ａを前方に向けて戊る殺虫剤等液
    体の噴霧容器。
