Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は電子レンジのターンテーブル支持装置に関するも
のである。
このターンテーブル１は第１図に示すように軸２を中心
として回動自在になるように駆動ギヤ３と回転ローラ４
とで支持されているのが従来のものである。
而るに、オーブン５内部は高周波エネルギーによる不要
な放電が生じないよ÷種々工夫されている。
前記回転ローラ４もその一貫として工夫されるべき所で
ある。
従来この回転ローラ４は第２図、第３図に示すようにア
ングル６にローラ４のピン７を嵌めると共にこのピン７
にローラ４を回転受けさせている。
しかしながら、かかる従来のものはアングル６とオーブ
ン底面５ａが完全に平面状態にないと平面でない所に高
周波エネルギーによる放電が発生し好ましくなく、亦、
ローラピン７の嵌めが不十分であると、ここからも放電
が発生し好ましくない。
本案は斯かる点に基づき考案されたもので、以下説明す
ると、第４図、第５図よりローラ８とピン９とを一体形
成すると共にローラケース１０を耐熱性且つ絶縁性の樹
脂で成型し、ローラ８のピン受けたる所に凹溝１１を設
ける。
本案ではかかる構成によりローラケースとオーブンとの
接触面で放電は生ぜず、しかもピンもケース内にあるた
め放電は生じないから好ましい。
特に、ローラの取換え作業が簡単にできる。
尚、１２はローラ８を取換えるための爪引掛り部である
。
【図面の簡単な説明】 第１図は電子レンジの側断面図、第２図及び第３図は従
来のローラ構造の側面図、正面図、第４図及び第５図は
本案のローラ構造の側面図、正面図である。 １：ターンテーブル、８：ローラ、９：ピン、１０：ロ
ーラケース、１１：凹溝。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ターンテーブルの周縁を支持する回転自在のローラと一
    体に成型したピンを備えたローラと、上記ローラのピン
    を着脱自在に係合する凹型溝を備えオーブン内に固持さ
    れた耐熱性且つ絶縁性の樹脂製ケースとからなることを
    特徴とする電子レンジのターンテーブル支持装置。
