Generally, at a garbage transfer station, multiple container storage devices are installed so that multiple containers can be placed on standby, and when the garbage is transferred from the place where it is generated, the garbage is put into a compactor, compressed, and packed into containers. In rare cases, the container is loaded onto a transport vehicle and transported to a processing plant, etc. Empty containers are connected to a compactor to be filled with garbage, and actual containers are loaded onto a transport vehicle to be transported to a waste processing plant. It is necessary to determine whether a container waiting in a container storage device is an empty container or is actually a container.

The basic idea of the method of determining whether a container is empty or real at a garbage transfer station according to the present invention is to install a compactor, and install a plurality of container storage devices for storing one container in a standby manner in a cross-shaped manner. At a garbage transfer station, empty containers are connected to a compactor and filled with garbage by moving the parent truck and child truck as appropriate to transfer the containers, while actual containers are loaded onto transport vehicles and transported. When a container is waiting in an individual container storage device, the weight of the container is electrically detected, the detected weight value is amplified, and then zero adjustment and gain adjustment are performed to adjust the container weight to a preset value. Comparing the classification weight value and the detected weight value with a comparator to determine whether the container is an empty container or a real container,
In addition to outputting information such as lighting up an indicator lamp, the output signal enables the selection of empty containers and real containers from among the stored containers, and the container to be moved can be selected according to the priority order of the preset program. This means that it is possible to automate garbage transfer stations.

Further, according to the device of the present invention, a weight detection device is provided on the container fixing base of each container storage device, and the detected weight value detected by the weight detection device and the empty and real classification weight value of the container set in the setting device are calculated. By comparing the containers with a comparator and determining whether each container is empty or actual, it is possible to automatically select a container to fill with the internal waste of containers waiting in each container storage device or a container to be carried out. Therefore, in addition to the effects of the above method, the traverser system of the garbage transfer station can be automated.
