There is a risk that the particles will diffuse in all directions along the bottom surface of the main body and enter through the ventilation holes, reducing the electrical insulation of electrical components such as high-frequency oscillators and high-voltage transformers, or causing electric shock accidents.

とができる。As described above, according to the present invention, even if the lower surface 11a of the main body has a complicated shape, the water droplet intake port 18a is provided in front of the upper surface of the water tray 18, and the water droplet intake port 18a and the ventilation port 11a are connected. Since the steam blocking tray 3 is provided on the lower surface 11a of the main body between the two via the elastic body 23a, the water accumulated in the water tray 18 during steam heating re-evaporates and becomes steam, which is diffused along the lower surface 11a of the main body. This steam is emitted forward and does not enter the ventilation hole 11aa that takes in outside air to cool the electrical components such as the high frequency oscillator 1, so it is safe to prevent electrical insulation deterioration of the electrical components such as the high frequency oscillator 1 and electric shock accidents. A high-frequency heating device can be provided.
