[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a refractory mortar press-in nozzle that is inserted into a furnace and press-fits refractory mortar into the worn part in order to cope with local wear and the like of the lining bricks of a blast furnace or the like.

The lining bricks of blast furnaces etc. are subject to severe wear and tear due to reactions with the furnace contents at high temperatures or contact with hot metal.
A highly viscous refractory mortar of 50% or less is injected into the worn parts of the lining bricks using a press-fit nozzle to form a protective furnace wall on the inner surface of the steel shell, or the lining bricks are repaired.

At this time, conventionally, the nozzles shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3 have been used as refractory mortar press-in nozzles, but when injecting highly viscous refractory mortar into the inner wall of the furnace, these nozzles are used. Both have drawbacks.

That is, the refractory mortar press-fitting nozzle 1 shown in FIG. Although it is fixed, since it is a straight tube, most of the refractory mortar press-fitted into the furnace from the press-in nozzle 1 is discharged into the furnace and cannot be filled into the inner surface of the iron skin.

Furthermore, the refractory mortar press-fit nozzle 5 shown in FIG. 2, which is fixed to the steel shell 3 in the same manner as the press-fit nozzle 1 shown in FIG. 6 are provided so that the refractory mortar is discharged from each side hole 6 toward the inner wall of the furnace, but this is suitable when the refractory mortar has a low viscosity and is made into a slurry and is forced into the furnace using a pump. Therefore, when press-fitting highly viscous refractory mortar, the pressure loss resistance is large, making press-fitting difficult.

In addition, the refractory mortar nozzle γ shown in FIG. 3, which is similarly fixed to the steel shell 3, has an umbrella-shaped pad 9 attached to its tip via a support rod 8, and this pad 9 directs the refractory mortar toward the inner wall of the furnace. Similar to the press-fit nozzle 5 shown in Fig. 2, this is also suitable for press-fitting refractory mortar in the form of a low-viscosity slurry; When press-fitting, the refractory mortar extruded from the front edge of the nozzle is compressed into the umbrella-shaped pad 9,
Unlike low-viscosity slurry refractories, it is not discharged toward the inner wall of the furnace.

すなわち圧損抵抗が大きく圧入が困難である。In other words, pressure loss resistance is large and press-fitting is difficult.

The present invention was developed to eliminate the drawbacks described above, and allows highly viscous refractory mortar to be smoothly press-fitted into the furnace without pressure loss resistance, and to adhere to the inside of the blast furnace shell with a high packing density. The aim is to provide a refractory mortar press-fit nozzle that can be used.

A steel pipe with a diameter of mm is used in accordance with the wall thickness measurement hole 11 that is pre-opened in the steel shell 3, and in the part where there is no wall thickness measurement hole 11, an insertion hole with a hole diameter larger than the refractory mortar press-fit nozzle 10 is inserted. is used by drilling it into the iron shell 3.

The refractory mortar press-fitting nozzle 10 of the present invention having the above-described configuration has a pad 13 having a parabolic concave curved surface supported and fixed at the tip opening of the press-fitting nozzle 10, and a contact between the opening of the press-fitting nozzle 10 and the pad 13. A refractory mortar discharge port 16 is formed between the concave curved surfaces of the refractory mortar.

When highly viscous refractory mortar is pumped by a hydraulic pump (not shown), the refractory mortar is guided by the concave curved surface of the pad 13, and the refractory mortar is smoothly delivered to the discharge port 16 without increasing internal resistance. It is discharged towards the inner wall of the furnace.

As explained above based on the embodiments, the refractory mortar press-fit nozzle of the present invention is an improvement on the conventional refractory mortar press-fit nozzle, and a protrusion is provided at the center of the rear end surface, and a parabolic concave curved surface is formed from the tip of the protrusion to the periphery. By installing a metal fitting at the tip of the press-fit nozzle so that the area of the discharge opening to be formed between the two is within a predetermined range, pressure drop resistance is reduced and highly viscous refractory mortar can be smoothly formed. can be press-fitted toward the inner wall of the furnace, thus forming a high-density protective wall on the inner surface of the steel shell, and completely repairing the damaged part of the lining brick.
